Holiday Market week no. 4

We have two great projects to share with you this week.  The first is a holly wreath from Kaiser Crafts decorated with the bright colored "Snow Day" paper by Crate Paper. Can you guess the desiger of this project?!?!?  It's Jill!!!!  The bright colors should have been a dead give away! :)

 

The second is a great idea for a nontraditional family tree. Stacey desiged the tree to show off some of her favorite current photos of her family.  She simply painted the tree with acrylic paints and added her photos!  This is a fun way to display your family picturs all year round.

Creative Cafe

"Family Love" wall decor

Join Leisa this week at Creative Cafe to create this beautiful wall decor to show off your family love.  You will be using Unity stamps to create the background of your board and Leisa will show you how easy it is to mount your photos onto chipboard for a stunning professional look.

Please bring your photos to class so Leisa can help you mount them.  Leisa recommends that you print your photos on matte paper in back & white for this projects.

- 3D foam dots
- paper trimmer
- Crop-o-Dile (if you have one)
- liquid adhesive (Scrappy Glue recommended)

Halloween Candy Favor

Come create a vintage inspired candy treat for someone special.  We are using embellishments from several of our favorite Halloween collections to create a spooky accessory topper for your candy tube.  After the candy is gone the embellishment topper can be removed and used on a card, in your scrapbook or on a mini album.

Suzy West is visiting Whim So Doodle!

We are so excited to have Suzy West coming to the store in November to teach 2 of her fabulous classes and hosting our Friday night crop! Here is a little about Suzy and information about her classes.
 

Suzy West has been scrapbooking for almost 20 years. She has been published over 200 times in scrapbook magazines and has    published several of her own books. She's been featured on QVC,    DIY, Scrapbook Memories TV Show, and the Scrapbook Diva Lounge.  She's on different manufacture teams and travels all over the world teaching scrapbooking and other crafts.  Suzy lives in the San Francisco bay area and  is married with three beautiful kids. She loves photography and traveling.
