"52 Card Pick Up"

This class combines techniques using Distress inks, paint, paper, adhesives, stamps, tissue tapes, old paper and embellishments with quotes, verses and positive affirmations to create the beginning of what will be 52 cards of encouragement and reminders of the things we already know, just sometimes forget to remember. Class Information:

All supplies (except heat gun/tool) will be supplied to use during class (colors and sizes may vary)

"Doodle, Carve, Stamp, Color, Stitch" 

Saturday, June 8th 

10am-5pm

(1 hour lunch break and short breaks throughout the day)

 

 

   A workshop where all students need to do is bring a pair of scissors and maybe some caffeine because we are going to spend the entire day together. Everything else is      

   provided. First we doodle, then we doodle on rubber and carve out a rubber stamp. We take that stamp and stamp it on paper and play with color...then we re-stamp it on

   Muslin, color it and stitch it and NO EXPERINCE NECESSARY and again, all you have to do is bring your scissors. Student kit provided and includes: White Uniball Signo

   Pigment Pen , Black Flair Pen - Medium , 2 White Eraser , Sharpie Marker , Pencil , 9 x 12 Strathmore Bristol Smooth Paper Pad , Speedball Carving Handle , 3 Carving Tips ,

   4x6 Pink Rubber for carving , Embroidery Needles , Embroidery Hoop , 10 Colors of Embroidery Floss
